Who is holding YOU back?

How many times have you heard someone blame someone else for their problems? Have you ever done so yourself? How many times have you heard someone say I didn’t do something because someone else wouldn’t do it with me? Often, it is easier to blame others without acknowledging the role we played in the reason something did not get done, or the reason there was a specific outcome. Often, we avoid doing things because someone else wouldn’t do it with us. What if you no longer allowed others to be the reason for the delay in doing something? What if you took accountability and no longer allowed others to be the reason you did not do something? The now is the only thing guaranteed and if we as individuals do not acknowledge the role we play in these scenarios, we will always feel someone else is to blame for our lack of happiness. Sometimes the only person holding you back is YOU. Seek counseling services if you feel as though you could use assistance on learning how to go up against the one person you can’t escape. Yourself.
