Stress kills. Many people are walking around with the weight of the world on their shoulders with little to no support. The causative factors of stress varies from person to person, but stress affects both men and women, girls and boys. We have been taught to ignore the symptoms of stress due to our busy lives and our strive for perfection, but stress is killing people daily.
Therapy can help with stress management. Life is about balance and keeping things in perspective something that we tend to loose site of in our daily pursuits. If you're currently dealing with a large amount of stress you may want to consider therapy.
