Life  can be stressful and overwhelming at times which can lead to feelings of hopelessness. If your having a difficult time coping with the stressors of life, let me help you find your way. My job as a therapist is to create a safe  and supportive environment where clients can discuss their problems.  I know it's not easy to open up and talk to a complete stranger, and for that reason many people have been reluctant to seek counseling.
